For auction is my 1969 Pontiac Catalina heavy duty 428 wagon. This is a decent car in good condition for its age. It is an original 428 car and the heavy duty model with front disk brakes, rear sway bar, limited slip rear axle, and upgraded cargo area. The Muncie 4-speed was added and the TH-400 removed. It is a unique beast with style and attitude in its own right. It runs and drives. Everything works, except for A/C. It comes with a load of extra parts. I will try to describe accurately. However, if you have questions, please ask me. If you want more pics, then please ask. Drive train: EFI ignition, new belts and hoses. New water pump, fuel pump, master cylinder, Edelbrock Carb, motor mounts, flywheel, competition clutch, U-joints, BF Goodrich TA radial tires. New cast iron GTO headers and custom dual exaust. Original 428 engine with recent gasket kit installed. Long tailshaft Muncie 4-speed transmission, limited slip rear axle, heavy duty rear sway bar. Interior: Overall in good condition. Door panels, rear seat, headliner, and dash (no cracks) are good. Cargo area had wood flooring insatlled in place of the carpet (a classy upgrade). Carpet is decent, but faded and needs to be dyed or replaced. Front seat had a tear and needs to be reappolstered. All glass is good. Body: Straight (no dents excepting a couple of door dings), but paint is fading. Some rust starting around rear fender wells (comes with extra set of front fenders that the lip can be used from to remake these). The rest of the car does not have rust. Rear bumper has a small dent, but car comes with an extra straight bumper. Two way tail gate with electric window (window works). Car comes with complete extra front clip, set of doors, tailgate, rear bumper, fuel tank, chrome trim, A/C parts, dash, etc. This car is a really good start for a project to bring a very unique big Pontiac with attitude back to its glory. I have reserve set at 4K. I have quite a bit more than that in this car, but need to get at least that out of it.
