This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Terms and Conditions The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF COMPLETION OF SALE OR NOT) to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Fee and Tax Information: There is a one time charge of $199 MANDATORY documentation fee added to ALL sales. We provide a 30 day temporary drive out tag for in state and out of state buyers. Title processing (in some cases) may take up to 30 days. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
