1989 325IX Up for sale is my 1989 BMW 325ix. This is an all wheel drive car. It is Alpine White and has been stored inside since I bought it up last summer. The guy I bought it from had just repainted it, rebuilt the head and made some upgrades to the interior. I drove the car back from CT to Upstate NY when I bought it, the car had some suspension issues so I put new bilstein hd’s in the front and replaced the sway bar links and bushings. I had planned to drive it this winter but I ended up buying a truck. The car is not perfect here are the negatives: It has a loose shifter that is need of re-bushing. There is a small oil leak which I have identified as the valve cover gasket leaking. The car currently has a cold air intake which makes it a little noisy for my taste. The precious owner removed the AC and Cruise Control. I have the Cruise Control parts. There is some signs of rust at the bottom of the doors. The Good: The black leather interior is in excellent shape and looks like it has been reupholstered. Sport Seats, Power Windows, Power Mirrors Locks, Remote locks, Sunroof. It has an Alpine head unit with a Bluetooth setup to connect to your phone. It has some neat Euro touches like an analog clock. I have a cool set of rally lights that came with it. (Bottom Picture) The head has been rebuilt. It has fresh paint (325ix’s are hard to find without tons of rust) It has new front Bilstein HD struts, sway bar links and bushings. I have a file full of receipts and history on the car from 3 owners. I know that IX’s are getting harder and harder to find.
