Up for auction is an impeccably maintained 1993 Ford F-250 XLT 4x4. I believe it safe to say this may be one of the nicest 1993 F-250 out there! A stunning color combination, perfect paint and interior, extremely nice chrome and clean undercarriage make this truck really stand out in a crowd. I purchased this truck from a very good friend who was being transferred to Hawaii. He could not bring himself to take the truck with him and allow the harsh Hawaii environment destroy the truck and offered it to me – I could not pass on the truck and here we are today! The truck has always been impeccably maintained. Over the past 3 years the following work has been done on the truck; not because it needed the work but because my Buddy is just a little anal and can’t stand to leave anything alone! 1) New steering box 2) Stripped and polished wheels 3) New Doug Thorley ceramic coated headers 4) Replaced cruise control servo 5) Replace headlamp assembly 6) New mirrors 7) Replace timing chain 8) Replace intake manifold gasket 9) Replace water pump 10) New chrome valve stems 11) Suspension leveling kit installed on front of truck 12) New radiator 13) Transmission service 14) Injectors cleaned 15) Cooling system flushed 16) Front end alignment 17) Repaint upper portion of truck (All red above white accent – truck was completely disassembled, windows removed for paint) 18) Replace all window and door seals. Thousand invested to keep this truck LIKE NEW! The paint and body on the truck are near perfect! As noted above, the upper portion of the truck was repainted due to the original becoming SLIGHTLY faded (He could not help himself) but the white and lower red are original and very nice! No dents, no rust, no scratches. It does not get much better than this. And the color combination is absolutely stunning. You will not find another like it! The bed is very very clean but does have very minor wear on the paint from a bed liner. There are two small dents on the top of the wheel wells – Besides that perfect! The interior is as close to new as you can get for a 1993. Carpet, headliner dash and door panels are like new. The seat has wear on the driver’s side piping which is pretty typical but no stains splits or hole – The seat is still firm and comfortable. Nicely equipped with power windows, air, cruise, power door locks, tilt, lumbar support and AM/FM/CD and dual tanks the truck is a joy on those long hauls Mechanically, WOW! The truck runs and drives like new with EVERYTHING operational. No rattles, leaks, Drips, squeaks or annoyances. The dual exhaust is VERY nice and sounds wonderful. The 460 runs great and the AOD transmission shifts smoothly. 4 wheel drive has been used sparingly and is rock solid. No expense spared to keep this truck like new. Mechanically this truck would be tough to duplicate! The trucks undercarriage is very clean and shows that this truck has lived a pampered life! Having spent its entire life in the great northwest, this 3 owner Ford was recently relocated (by me) and currently residing in sunny Southern California living the life of leisure.
