Vintage Suzuki GS550 freshly redone in cafe racer form. Bike originally had only 21,785 miles when picked up as a basket case. The 550cc engine was rebuilt along with the 4 Mikuni carbs, ignition, brakes and suspension. This model is a 6-speed which is a very nice thing to have when cruising. The bike received a new battery and the wiring was gone through and cleaned up and the electronics were neatly relocated to a custom battery box under the seat. The original tank was redone and painted along with the seat/fender in Corvette Sunset Orange (the pics don't do it justice) by a professional painter at a very established body shop. The GS only has 5 test miles since rebuild, mostly due to freezing temps and poor road conditions here in NJ, but runs great and has plenty of guts. New parts include chrome clubman bars, custom small 160mph speedo and new cable, custom grips with optional mirrors-not installed but come with bike, h/l switch was rewired and moved to the h/l shell for cleaner bars and looks, forks were re-done and trees and clamps painted black, new NGK plugs and boots(starts right up), 4 custom air-pods and carb jetted, short drag style chrome exhaust that sounds great, Thruxton seat and tail, side-mounted brake light, new slim style vintage race shocks 12 7/8'', new tires, front and rear brakes, etc. This thing is awesome looking and will surely turn heads, turn-key ready to ride custom cafe racer for only $3,500 obo.
