NO RESERVE!!!! NO RESERVE!!! High Bidder Wins!! 2003 Honda Odyssey Clean Carfax! Very Good Condition! This is a very nice minivan with a ton of options. Options include: DVD Player AM FM Cassette, CD Driver and Passenger Heated seats Front and Rear AC Electric sliding doors on both sides Stow away rear seatLeatherRoof rackNew Tires (90%) I moved to Texas in 2008 and decided to get my car dealer license because I love to buy and sell cars and motorcycles. It has always been more of a hobby than a business (thank god, or I would starve) I only buy and sell a couple cars every month and I am very picky about what I get. Read my eBay feedback and you will see that I don’t sell many cars but everyone gets a great deal. You will be very happy with this van. It is solid, drives perfect and would rate in excellent shape. It has current state inspection done. I got a great deal on this van because the transmission was slipping at freeway speeds when I bough it. I did some research into having the transmission rebuilt but decided it would be better to replace the transmission with a lower mile transmission from another 2003 Odyssey. I was able to find a transmission with 49,000 miles in an Odyssey that had been involved in a side impact collision. I purchased the other van and had the transmission removed, inspected and installed by a local auto repair shop in New Braunfels. I have the receipt as well as the certification of mileage on the new transmission. It runs perfect! I ran the Carfax on this van. It is a one owner van that comes up with no negative history at all. According to Carfax this van is worth $660 more than its retail book value, and that is without taking into consideration the new transmission. Rebuilt/Reconstructed Title A Rebuilt/Reconstructed vehicle is a salvage vehicle that has been repaired and restored to operation. These vehicles are often severely damaged before they are rebuilt and refurbished parts are typically used during reconstruction. In most states, an inspection of the vehicle is required before the vehicle is allowed to return to the road. Manufacturer Buyback or Lemon Title A DMV or a state agency marks an official document or issues a Manufacturer Buyback/Lemon title when a vehicle has been repurchased by the manufacturer. Not all states issue manufacturer buyback titles and the specific requirements for a lemon law vehicle varies by state. Odometer Check CARFAX analyzes mileage data to help identify potential: ·Rollbacks - odometer tampering to conceal a car's true mileage (i.e. Fraud or illegal activity) ·Rollovers - after reaching the maximum reading, the odometer restarts from zero (i.e. Mechanical or equipment limitation) ·Inconsistencies - conflicting mileage data means CARFAX cannot determine if it's a potential rollback (i.e. Potential human error) Manufacturer Recall Automobile manufacturers issue recall notices to inform owners of car defects that have come to the manufacturer's attention. Recalls also suggest improvements that can be made to improve the safety of a particular vehicle. Most manufacturer recalls can be repaired at no cost to you. Basic Warranty Most manufacturers offer a basic warranty for new vehicles. These warranties vary by manufacturer and typically last for a certain amount of time and/or a set number of miles. Not Actual Mileage Title When the seller certifies, under the Federal Odometer Act, that the odometer reading does not reflect the vehicle's actual mileage. This may occur because the odometer was tampered with, broken, or replaced. Junk Title A Junk Title is issued on a vehicle damaged to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle exceeds approximately 75% of its pre-damage value. This damage threshold may vary by state. The majority of states use this title to indicate that a vehicle is not road worthy and cannot be titled again. Some states treat Junk titles the same as Salvage. Loss Due To Fire Title The vehicle sustained major damage due to fire. In most states, fire damage titles are issued when the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation exceeds its fair market value. Exceeds Mechanical Limits Title A vehicle with a 5-digit odometer cannot accurately track mileage after 99,999 miles because the odometer rolls over. This title is the result of a seller certifying under the Federal Odometer Act, that the odometer reading EXCEEDS MECHANICAL LIMITS of the odometer. Structural Damage All levels of accidents, from minor to severe, can cause structural damage to a vehicle (i.e., damage to the frame or unibody). Airbag Deployment Occurs when the driver, passenger or side airbag has been used or deployed during a crash or other incident. If an airbag has been deployed, it must be replaced by a qualified technician. Have this car inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase. Salvage Title A Salvage Title is issued on a vehicle damaged to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle exceeds approximately 75% of its pre-damage value. This damage threshold may vary by state. Some states treat Junk titles the same as Salvage but the majority use this title to indicate that a vehicle is not road worthy and cannot be titled again in that state. The following eleven States also use Salvage titles to identify stolen vehicles - AZ, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NJ, NM, NY, OK and OR. Total Loss An insurance or fleet company declares a vehicle a total loss when a claim exceeds approximately 75% of its pre-damage value or if the vehicle is stolen and not recovered. This damage threshold varies by company. These companies typically take possession and obtain the title. Not all total loss vehicles result in a DMV-reported branded title, like a Salvage or Junk title. See the glossary for more information. Accident / Damage Indicator Various events could indicate an accident or damage in a vehicle's history, such as: salvage auction, fire damage, police-reported accident, crash test vehicle, damage disclosure, collision repair facility and automotive recycler records. See the glossary for more information. Hail Damage Title The vehicle sustained major damage due to hail. In most states, hail damage titles are issued when the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation exceeds its fair market value. Flood Damage States issue flood titles when a vehicle has been in a flood or has received extensive water damage. Ownership History The number of owners is estimated Owner 1 Year purchased 2003 Type of owner Personal lease Estimated length of ownership 9 yrs. 11 mo. No Issues Reported Issues: there are some light scratches on the van, nothing that stands out. The van could pass for a year or two old very easily, it is very clean. This van will sell to the high bidder regardless if that is $500 or $20,000. I really hope to get what this van is worth but I will trust the auction to bring whatever the market will pay. Whoever wins this bid will be very happy! I always sell my car with no reserve, no gimmicks (I have lost money in the past but still believe in the process). I realized some time ago that I am not good at selling cars, I am good at buying them right so I take my time to find the right car, buy it right and then sell it on a no reserve auction. It works most of the time. I bought this van right so I am confident I will not get hurt when it sells to the highest bidder. I will be happy to help you arrange to get the van to your home as long as it has been paid for before it leaves my driveway. I would suggest that you fly into San Antonio or Austin and let me pick you up at the airport. You can drive it home. The winning bidder will need to pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours and the balance within 5 days. You can leave the van here as long as you wish once it is paid for. Trade ? I will accept a trade as long as it is not junk. It’s tricky to accept a trade on a “no reserve auction” so here is what I offer: If you have a trade you must notify me before you bid on his van and we will come to an agreement as to what your trade is worth. You can then bid on the van and, if you win the bid, I will apply the value of your trade toward the purchase price. You will either need to pay the difference in value or I will pay you if your trade is worth more. This is a true NO RESERVE! High Bidder Wins!
