1961 Dodge Lancer 2 dr Sedan survivor WOW – RARE – when have you seen one of these in a 2 dr This car is ready to enjoy. With torsion bar front suspension simply turn the nuts and sit it in the weeds for the awesome Rat Rod look.Great father/ son project to restore as you go. Maybe add a Hemi ! Bulletproof slant six runs great – 24 mpg Factory 3 spd Floor Shift Good glass except some light wiper marks on windshield. Period correct replacement seat covers Most everything works except horn, heater valve (blower works), gas gauge, speedometer/ odometer. Very straight body – southern car, no salt damage.Appears to have had one repaint in original color. Floors have been replaced by previous owner – needs a little finish work to make the floors nicer. Solid trunk floor. All floor braces, etc. solid. Easy to fix rust in front of rear wheels and lower front fenders. Lower trunk lip has some rust. No structural rust damage. Nice stainless grill. Previous owner did a partial rebuild on front suspension. Steers very smooth and straight. New shocks. New master cylinder, rear wheel cylinders, rebuilt front wheel cylinders, new rubber brake hoses. New 195/75-14 radials. New fuel pump, fuel filter (stays clear because tank is clean), plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, points, rotor button, air filter element. I have made several 150 mile trouble free trips.
