This very rare car is in pretty good shape for the year. I know a lot of the history of the car and I have owned it for about five years. It was purchased new by a local mechanic and was well cared for when he had it and I have taken good care of it since. It does need a couple things. Although I drive it almost daily it needs a heater core...(fogs up the windshield) It also needs the driver's window repaired...(It comes off the track when you roll it down.. A common GM problem.) It has had a recent oil change and tune up including filters and a fuel pump. The carb does leak a little so it could use a carb kit. The tires are pretty new and the motor runs strong. It has never been overheated or wrecked. The interior has a few cracks in the vinyl of the door armrests and there are a couple small cracks in the dash. There is some small spots of surface rust but I can't find any deep stuff that couldn't be fixed with a clean up and paint job. The previous owner put tint on the windows... the stick on kind that can be removed. This car is rare enough to make a really nice restoration project. My plan was to restore it and install a 455. This is a used car and its 35 years old... it is not perfect or new. Ask questions before you buy... I can arrange to get the repairs done here, for a fair price, if I have it sold. Then it would be drivable for a long distance.
