What I have for sale is a dailey driver 82 GL1100 Goldwing This bike was in pretty good condition when I purchased two years ago,I drove it home. But it had sat for a lot of years so the first thing I did was pull the engine and go through a few things. So within the last two years this is the maintenance this bike has had. Heads completely rebuilt 8 new valves 8 new valve guides and resurfaced All clutch and steels replaced New Stator and rectifier Carbs completely rebuilt and dealer synced Speedo,Tach,Clutch,Choke cables replaced Both timing belts plugs oil and all filters Also local radiator shop cleaned the radiator. Then I drove it for the first season and decided to do some more work to it Complete rebuild of front forks Rebuilt rear air shocks and added variable springs had dealer change final drive oil and replace bearings added throttle lock for cruise added light bars and hitch installed new battery ALL lights work bought rap around windshield for cold weather goes with bike still use oe windshield most of the time OK good bad and other. Next project was to remove all plastic and repaint. seat has no tears and is in great condition. has all running boards and heel toe shifter. would drive to california with no fear right now. Exhaust was perfect but during bike week my son and me wanted to make it a little loader so we removed the mufflers and made straight pipes So some people will love it some will need to buy some new mufflers front pipes have no holes I put way to much money in this bike did not plan on selling it but my truck got stolen and I did not have insurance on it so I need to sell this and my Camaro Z-28. Need to set up another truck to replace it. My loss your gain.Bike is tagged in my name. Bike can be seen anytime and delivery can be arranged after full payment or I can pick you up at airport and you can drive it home or I can put in storage and you can ride it bikeweek then ride it home.
