THIS car was part of a collection i bought from a fellow who,s dad owned them. THER were 8 cars, a ton of parts & many engines. THIS is a one of a kind corvair & heres why. IT has a DEALER installed VINLY TOP( remember back in the 60,s & 70,s they were very popular(i have never seen a corvair with a vinyl top) and its is still in very good condition. IT has a 66 black interior that is very nice. I mean the entire interior is 66. THE COMPLETE dash (everything) is CORSA. AT some point in its life it was recarpeted, floor(frt & rr) lower portion of the door panels, back shelf area & the entire front trunk area, and was nicely done. IT has a custom GT STEERING WHEEL & fancy stereo system with dual speakers in the rear shelf. THIS car was built in LA. IT does have the 66 style 2 piece steering column. THIS car sat in that barn for many years, so here is what i have done mechanicly, brakes-5 new brake lines-4 brake hoses-2 new rear wheel cyclinders-front cycl kits -new emerengcy brake cable-master cycl. EXHAUST- muffler,pipe,gaskets,clamps. NEW BATTERY-GAS tank cleaned, pressure tested.painted,new tank filter. NEW clutch cable,coupler pin,adj sleeve. SHIFT tube bushings replaced. I also replaced all four stabilizer bushings I rebuilt both carbs & new filters. $500.00 in new parts THIS is an air-cond car with all tinted glass, but all ac related engine parts have been removed. IT still needs mechanicly the three air hoses. the engine seal(torn), i have a good used one. IT runs just fine, but have only driven it around the yard. THE paint on this car is just plain beautiful . I do have a set of BFGOODRICH bsw 175 70r13 tires mounted on corvair wheels if you want them.
