I bought this Olds out of a estate sale. My understanding is this is a 1 owner car. It was originally from Oklahoma. In 1978 the family moved to Minnesota. The Olds is still in the original owners name. I have the death certificate and release from the personal representative. I can send you copys if needed. The car had 63,000 miles in 1978. Olds has a 425 Super Rocket V8. Runs very good. The choke isn't hooked up so it is cold blooded. After it's warmed up starts very good. Trans shifts good. I put a new starter on it. I also replaced the tires with good used ones I had. They have about 80% tread. I'd say the tires on the car were over 30 years old. I have drove the car about 300 miles since I got it. Runs out very good and is smooth at hiway speeds. Brakes work good. Has factory air. The pipes ice up but was to cold to see if the air works. Heater control doesn't turn on to defrost. Interior is very nice outside of where the driver sits. The bottom cushion will need repair (see picture). Headliner has some small stains. Windshield has cracks. Back window has some silicone at the bottom so window will need to be sealed. I can't see were there is any rust starting. The underside of the car has some surface rust but is very solid. Bottom of front fenders and rear quarters have very repairable rust (see pictures). Rear quarter on pass side has a dent above wheel (see picture). Back bumper has 2 rust spots. Olds still has it's stock single exhaust. It will need a muffler and tailpipe. When bidding remember this car runs out very good but has been sitting in storage for years. It has been started and drove every year but very limited. Please feel free to ask questions. I have posted as many pictures as I can. It should give you an idea of the condition of the car.
