For sale is a very clean all original 1987 Honda CR 125 survivor. This bike is in very nice, all original condition. It is rare to find a 26 year old 125 2 stroke motocross bike in this shape. Please note: This bike is sold with a Bill of Sale only. eBay will not let me choose that option when placing the ad. I only have a Bill of sale if you want one. This machine is clean. It is not perfect, but everything on the bike is clean and unmolested. The plastic and seat cover look great and are all original. No bends or nasty stretch marks. The bars and levers are all straight as are the footpegs. The bike is completely stock aside from the grips, Renthal bars and the air filter. There is a small dent in expansion chamber, nothing major. The OEM stock gold rims are in very good shape and not bent. Tires are stock. The fork boots are original and in good used shape. The number plate backgrounds still have the OEM honda black paint on them. The bike still has warning labels on rear fender. The rest of the bike is all OEM and stock. I bought this bike from the original owner. He said he never did a top end. The bike has very good compression still. The previous owner was an older gentleman who basically just trail rode this old girl. He did say that he once removed the head, and in order to check the top end, but he never took the cylinder off the bike. It could likely use a good going through and good cleaning, but its all there, and in very good shape for the year and vintage of the bike. This would make a perfect restoration or AHRMA vintage race bike. In fact, with a good detail job, fresh paint on the number plates and new shroud decals, this machine would look very, very clean. The 1987 Honda CR's Elsinores were considered some of the all time best race bikes made by Honda, and this bike is a perfect example of such.
