Vehicle Detail

I am acting as selling agent for a friend of mine who is liquidating his late father's sports car restoration hobby. My friend's father had restored numerous triumphs and many similar sport's cars. Over the next few months we will be offering many of items for sale (see complete list at bottom of this ad). I can be contacted by email, or phone upon request, to answer questions and help to facilitate a successful transaction. Please read terms and ask questions as needed, we wish buyers to be satisfied with their transaction. Contact me by email for questions or phone number More Photos Available upon request Here are some details. If you are interested in this vehicle, please do not delay as we do not expect it to remain on the market for very long. This is a 1964-1965 Sunbeam Tiger with the desirable Ford 8 cylinder Engine. It is structurally sound and ready for a serious rebuild. The body is in great condition, no dents, no surface rust, The engine appears complete and intact. The engine was run some years back, but it has been kept in storage pending rebuilding. The year date is uncertain as there is no title for this vehicle, however we used the identification numbers and the information on the following website to determine the age: http://www.rootes.com/yourcar.html The major components of this vehicle are complete and intact. There may be a variety of small issues, but these should be taken in consideration by the buyer, as the vehicle requires rebuilding, but is a great starting place for any rebuilder. The car has two windshields, unfortunately both appear to be cracked. We believe there is one wheel spinner missing. I am far from an expert on these vehicles, so please if you are interested, take the time to ask questions, I will do my best and get some help with the rest. I have included a photo of the battery compartment as it is a point to note on these vehicles. The thought missing spinner has been found in the trunk. VIN Info, courtesy of a potential bidder: Hi Dave, As part of my investigation of this Tiger I submitted a request to TIROST (The International Registry of Sunbeam Tigers) at http://www.rootes1.com/ My request for information came back indicating that the VIN number for this Tiger is “unclaimed” along with a request from Norman Miller to contact him so that this Tiger can be added to TIROST. If you, the current owner or the person that eventually purchases this Tiger could contact Norman he, and I would appreciate it. Every Tiger that can be added to TIROST adds one more piece to the puzzle and is appreciated.
