You are viewing a ORIGINAL OWNER, GARAGE KEPT, NON SMOKER, FEMALE GENTLY DRIVEN, 1997 SAAB 9000 AERO. Was used as a daily commuter to the train station from Aurora IL to Naperville putting on just over 9,000 miles per year. If you are concerned about purchasing sight unseen & without driving it don't be. This is a very nice well cared for vehicle that has no mechanical issues and could be driven anywhere with no worries. Engine runs like day 1, quiet, smooth, no smoke, no leaks. Transmission, clutch, drivetrain, steering, suspension, brakes, heating & ac all work as they should. Recent maintenance includes new fuel pump, water pump, starter & battery. Drives & runs excellent with no noises. All electrical power options work, windows, locks, sun roof, mirrors, seats, radio, power antenna, rear defogger, fog lights, interior & exterior lighting. As far as body & interior it shows extremely well. Interior has no tears or rips in leather or carpet. Leather shows minimal wear with a little more on drivers seat showing the grain pattern. The body has the typical road wear, stone chips as would be expected with mileage. Hood has small check marks in the paint and stone chips which have been touched up. Front & rear bumper covers & lower fascia have some light scuff marks and small spots where the clear coat has peeled off. Left front fender & left rear quarter panel at wheel lip molding each had two small spots where paint was starting to peel which was touched up. Couple of the wheels have scratches on the outer edge of the bead. Three of the wheel center caps are peeling on the outer edge. Replacement caps are available in ebay parts for $20 each. I have tried to describe as best as possible so there are no surprises. If you are looking for a clean well cared for Aero showing minimal wear for its age you've found the right car. The car shows better than others with half the mileage. Winning bidder will get a nice car.
