Up for sale is a used 2002 Honda CR-V EX, manual transmission, four-wheel drive. This car was purchased new in 2002 and has had only one owner. It has been garage-kept (with exception of the last three weeks) and driven primarily highway miles. Routinely maintained through private mechanic. Interior of vehicle is in excellent, near-new condition. Exterior shows wear and tear consistent with age and use. Owner has never had any mechanical issues with vehicle. Recent non-routine maintenance includes air conditioner replacement (7/2012) and power steering flush (11/2012). This car has been extremely reliable and drives really well! A few things to know about this CR-V:- Heat runs a little weak; heater core may need replacement.- Vehicle "shakes" a bit when accelerating between 52-60 mph, primarily during acceleration when going uphill. This has been checked numerous times by different mechanics, and no cause has been located.- "Engine" light periodically comes on; this is related to a gas cap code and is a known issue with the '02 CR-V. - Front fender (passenger side) is damaged (see photos); could be repaired for cosmetic purposes. - CarFax shows that this vehicle has been in an accident (2003); driver's door was damaged and replaced.
