1955/56/57 GMC/Chevy “Big Window” Step Side Short Bed Pickup Truck 1024x768 The truck is a conglomeration of 55, 56 and 57 GM truck parts. I am not sure of the year since the VIN Plate has been removed but it is either a 55 or 56. The cab and the bed of the truck is GMC and the front clip including the hood is Chevrolet. I do have the original GMC front fenders that will go with the truck. The hood that is on the truck is from a 1957 Chevrolet truck. The bed that is on the truck is original but I also have a tri five Chevrolet truck bed for it that is in good condition. In addition to the bed, I have replacement sheet metal for the driver and passenger side rear quarter panels and also sheet metal for both side steps. The truck does have a good amount of rust, but nothing that can’t be rebuilt or replaced. The engine and transmission is original but does not run. This truck has so much positional and there isn’t a part out there you can’t buy for it. I do have a title for the truck, you will just have to buy a VIN plate and stamp it yourself.
