This guarantee applies to vehicles shipped sight unseen by Acton Toyota's Used Car Annex. This offer does not apply to units that are picked up in person, or inspected by a customer's representative prior to purchase.
The only stipulation is that the return cost of shipping the vehicle back to us is your responsibility. You can ship it or drive it back, but we must receive the vehicle within 21 days of your notice to us that you are returning it.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. We have a $290 dealer fee that is a mandatory fee on all cars.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2002 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a transporter, we will gladly cooperate. Upon request, we can provide a list of reputable transporters who we have found to be reliable and cost effective.
