Most of you know this body style from the Chevy coupes that have been restomodded for years. I was informed that this car is ultra rare and have decided to let a collector enjoy this pristine example of GM history. This has been a SC car all of its life. The car has had a repaint at sometime and they did a good job. The interior has been redone and is near perfect and as you will see in the photos. The car starts and drives fine. It is super quite and drives very nice. It has had a set of digital gauges installed in the hideaway area of dash where a radio typically would be. It has had a electric fuel pump installed as well. All lights work and even original push button start works great. The chrome has been completely redone and is in great condition. Any of you who have restored a old car with this much chrome know this is thousands of dollars that has already been done. The body lines are just awe inspiring and it has a presence all its own. 1940 was the last year of the Lasalle and this was one of the last coupes to come off the line.
