1973 Lincoln Continental 2 Door Coupe Ford 460-4V This is an excellent running 1973 Lincoln Continental 2 Door Coupe. This Lincoln is mechanically sound, and is a "Fly In - Drive Home" type vehicle. The car originally came from Texas and it currently has a clean Nebraska title. VIN # 3Y81A922452 It is garaged here in Omaha. I would love to keep this car, but my garage space is limited and I need the room more then the vehicle right now. Here is some info on the car. Engine: The engine is a Ford 460 4V. It runs great and has recently had all 8 plugs replaced, carburetor rebuild, oil and filters changed. Transmission: The transmission shifts perfectly and I have had no problems with it at all. The suspension is tight with no rattles, and this car rides like a dream! Tires are fairly new with not a lot of wear, the spare is new as well. Interior: The interior is white leather with black trim. The front dashboard doesn't have a crack in it and the rear deck is also excellent. We had custom dash covers made for the front and rear to protect them from the sun. The seats show moderate wear on the front but the backs are still like new. No tears or rips in them at all. Paint: The original "Red Moondust" paint is overall in good condition. However there is some bodywork that needs to be done. The driver's door has a shallow dent in it from a neighbor girl catching it with the bumper on her Honda. Both fender skirts have small amounts of rusting starting. The front and rear rockers have some rust holes as shown. The vinyl top has some cracking on the lower areas also shown. The glass is all excellent with no cracks or chips. Everything on the vehicle works. This is a nice vehicle that someone could have a lot of fun touring in, and going to local car shows, or to take some darn comfortable trips in.
