You are looking at a 1982 cx500tc that i picked up 3 years ago. This bike had been sitting since 1991 before i got it. I went through and replaced/rebuilt about everything need to get it back on the road using honda oem parts. Rebuilt front brake master cylinder and calipers, rear brake master cylinder and caliper. Replaced waterpump seal and installed used pickup coils. Fuel pump was stuck as were injectors they were removed and cleaned. Oil and filter was changed. This thing is a blast to ride. Ive only put about 80 miles on it but the turbo spools quickly and bike pulls good. There are a few repairs that should be performed before bike is taken on any trips, Most importantly there is a very small rust hole in the tank thant needs repaired. The other major thing is the fuel filter was plugged so i removed and bypassed it so you would want to get one for it. The tires are in ok shape but they are at least 20 yrs old. The body is in pretty good shape all things considered. The right turn signal lens is broken and the lower headlight grill is missing. The front piece over the headlight is intact but the hinge has come off and will need reattached. The seat is in very good shape except there is some gray overspray on half the seat. The lights all work except the lowbeam and the temp gauge is intermittant. I have a clean idaho title in my name. I am willing to do whatever need to help with shipping or i may even be willing to deliver it to a certain point The bike has alot of potential but i am unable to complete it, and with 3 kids i just dont have the time.
