THANKS IN ADVANCE !! 99 f250. this is a fresh local trade-in , here is what i know about it. has the 5.4 triton engine starts right up and runs good! no engine issues , seems good . with plenty of power. auto trans shifts just like it should. 4x4 will work trans case locks in when manually put it in. ( underneath you have to turn with plyers) but the electronic shift is not working. long story short. it needs a $80 part at the junk yard called "transfer case motor" and you wont have to get out to lock it in. everything else engine ,trans seems good and works fine. exhaust is good , i just had the muffler replaced. also had both trans lines replaced. brakes work good , but pulsate on front . (needs both rotors on front) and it will be fine.but like i said brakes all work and has good pedal. interior in pretty good shape no major issues.just normal wear and tear that any 99 truck would have. nothing really broke all there and everything i tried seems to work as it should ( did not try every possible button though just normal use stuff) exterior not bad. bed replaced and is a slight shade off but looks good. minor rust and dings here and there but overall the body is pretty solid. not like most rusted out fords.does have some door bottom rust as well but nothing that is gone or to bad to fix. overall it will be a good truck for someone . just needs those 2 minor thing and its ready to go in my opinion. truck probably could be driven back across county if it needs to, i have driven it locally and it does fine. but for the sake of argument and me being limited on knowledge on this truck. im going to put it would be better to trailor back or have it shipped until it can be completely gone through to ensure the truck is mechanically sound. but like i said i have driven it and i believe it will be fine. also for shipping i put buyer has to arrange but if you are having trouble finding a fair price on shipping , i can also get you a quote at a good price. any other questions call 330-628-9200 or could also email through ebay . thanks good luck !!
