REDUCED PRICE - Make an offer. This 1949 Ford F-5 spent its entire life in Lewis County and was last licensed for the road as a farm truck in 1986. I drove it into shop about 2 years ago. That would be the year before I broke my back. Restoring this old jewel is no longer in the cards for me but the old beauty is still sound and deserves another chance. Comes with a complete set of digital "before" photos and sequenced dissasembly photos. It is currently disassembled but could be rolled on a trailer, new wheel cylinders and master cylinder. I have all the original parts and every original nut, screw and bolt that came with the truck, labeled. All the sheet metal is in good condition with very little to no rust. New rubber on the front and updated rims on the back to replace the "widow makers" that came as original equipment. Rear tires in good condition. Two good mechanics could have it running in a day and drivable in 3. The Mercury flathead V8 in the truck now was rebuilt about 2,500 miles before the truck was parked. You can still see the lap marks in the cylinder walls from the cylinder hone. I have the original engine with matching serial # but the 90-year old buddy I got the truck from says the original engine has a bad valve, it could certainly be rebuilt.
