WHEELS ARE AFTERMARKET. TIRES ARE IN EXCELLENT SHAPE BRAKES ARE VERY GOOD POWER WINDOWS, LOCKS AND SUNROOF ARE GOOD. NEW CAP AND ROTOR. WIRESET LOOKS FAIRLY RECENT BELTS AND HOSES LOOK OK EXHAUST SEEMS TO BE GOOD, NOT NOISY HEAT WORKS WELL. CANT CHECK THE A/C ITS 40F OUTSIDE BUT LAST OWNER TOLD US IT WORKED LAST SUMMER. STEREO WORKED BUT AFTER WE REPLACED THE BATTERY THERES A 'CODE' IT NEEDS. THE BODY IS EXCELLENT- THE EXTERIOR HAS SOME MINOR PAINT FADE ON THE HOOD AND ROOF. YOU CAN TELL WHEN YOU LOOK AT IT IN PERSON AND SIT IN THE CAR THAT SOMEONE REALLY TOOK GOOD CARE OF IT. THE SEATS ARENT BROKEN AS MANY ARE, THEY DONT FEEL LIKE AN ELEPHANT SAT IN IT GLASS LOOKS GOOD- NO NOTICEABLE CHIPS OR CRACKS. THE ORIGINAL VW FLOOR MATS ARE IN AMAZING CONDITION FOR 16 YEARS OLD! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DRIVE THIS ANYWHERE IN THE USA. We drove this on all sorts of roads so we know the car well. If you don't know of these cars, these older A3 body jettas with the 2.0 Liter motor and manual transmission are very reliable. We have owned many and they have been very good on gas too. They will get you 35 MPG highway on aaverage terrain. Parts are also very abundant and cheap. The vehicle itself is also easy to fix.
