Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my un-cut 1969 Ford Bronco. This is a very clean, complete, original, uncut Bronco. It has the original 302 V8 and 3 on the tree manual transmission. It has a rebuilt 2bbl carb, new plugs, and a new fuel pump. I also installed a new master cylinder. It runs and drives great, stops like it should and the 4 wheel drive works good. The E-brake is not working. Engine runs smooth without any smoke or any leaks. The odometer reads 57733 and I believe this to be the original miles. I bought it recently from the second owner who had it stored in his garage since 1999. He had a high quality paint job done in the late 80’s early 90’s which is starting to show its age with some fading, scratches, and dings, but still looks nice for a driver. It has some front end damage, mostly to the driver fender and the bottom of the grill. The passenger front has so damage too but not as bad. There is also a small dent on the lower passenger rear corner. (see pics) There rest of the truck is very straight and the trim is in great condition. The rust is fairly minimal for a Bronco of this year, there is surface rust in the usual places the only cancer rust is in the rockers . The driver side floor board has been patched, the passenger floor board has some pitted surface rust but no through rust. (see pics) Both door posts and strikers are great. The interior is in really nice condition for its age. It has the original headliner with a couple scuffs here and there, and the topper looks like it has never been removed. The original rear seat has some minor cracking and scuffs, the front seats are in excellent condition and were restored when the paint was done. The Dash pad has typical cracking but not too demolished. The original vacuum wiper motor had been replaced with an electric one. It even has the original rubber floor mat. All of the glass is good and appears to be original Fomoco glass. All windows, locks, gauges, lights, turn signals, horn, heater, knobs and switches work like they should. This is a great Bronco and would be an excellent start to a full, original, restoration or just a good driver. Please look at all pictures and read full ad.
