1984 OLDSMOBILE 98 REGENCY SEDAN....BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL CAR Here’s a beautifully maintained original car that looks much like it did when it came from the factory. It was purchased new in Dec 1983 and had the same owner through 2010. Last year for the magnificent rear wheel drive Olds 98s, the blue interior is beautiful and shows absolutely no wear front or rear. The carpet, dash, glass, controls and original GM floor mats are all like new. Both front seats have independent 6 way power adjustment controls and reclining seat backs. Power windows, seats, locks, radio, courtesy lights and trunk release all work as intended. Driver's outside mirror control lever needs adjustment. The exterior is also beautiful…finished in its creamy white paint & contrasting accent stripes with no rust anywhere and minimal chips or dings. The underside is absolutely clean and rust free, the trunk looks as though it was never used and the engine bay is clean and impressive. The full blue vinyl top is in good condition with average fading and the headliner is clean with only a few areas where the adhesive is loose. The chrome is bright and dent free and all 4 locking wire wheel covers are perfect. The 5.0L engine is smooth & does not use oil, the Tempmatic A/C blows cold and the ride is comfortable and quiet. It runs strong & Battery, front brakes and A/C compressor are new. This was arguably Oldsmobile’s finest luxury sedan … with classic styling built for comfort and durability. Credit goes to the original owner who carefully kept it in PRISTINE condition all these years. Oldsmobile fans know these 98s are special automobiles. This is one you can drive home. It has a recent VA state safety inspection sticker and comes with the original owner’s manual, maintenance and warranty information and pre-delivery inspection check sheet dated 12/02/1983.
