For sale I have my 1965 VW bug. It is a great runner and has been my daily driver. The car has an 1835cc engine (doesnt drip) which has perfect compression with dual carb set up with a throaty custom exhaust. It has NO rot or rust anywhere on the car and is garaged at all times, all of the floor pans and heaters (although not hooked up) are in great shape. The body is straight except for a few minor dimples (very small on the engine hood and the front skirt). The car has a clean title and has never been in an accident. This would make a perfect car to drive around and fix up at the same time as it looks great in the shape that its in now. The car needs some inside door panels replaced, the interior is all original and in great shape, the carpet is newer but needs some glue up by the feet. Seats have no holes. Uncut dashboard. 1 piece windows that need a little bit of work. They roll up and down but have a little trouble going in the window slot when you roll it up without some help. I have some extra parts that go with the car. Recently purchased a battery with a 5 year warranty. There is one problem that I havent had the time or money to figure out, if I run the car with the lights on at night it will eventually drain the battery, now I thought maybe it was the alternator but I had it taken to less schuab and they said it was the battery which is why I had it replaced. The car will run and charge the battery in the daytime but when the lights come on at night it seems to bee too much. I think it might be some wiring issues instead. Awesome roof rack. The reason for the sale is I have lost my job and do not have money that I once did to put into the car. If you have any questions please let me know.
