This is a 1st generation, 1st year, SHO with quite a few modifications. Less than 75k miles on it. Has the newer style short throw rod shifter, fiberglass tail wing, 1991 tail lights with amber signals, 16 inch wheels with brand new tires, new STEREO system with an AMP in the trunk, behind the rear seat and a subwoofer, performance steering wheel, additional gauges and other details. The car has been with me since it had about 21k miles and that was back in 1991. It's kept garaged always and for the last 10 years, if not more, only taken out in the summer for rides in good weather. Mechanically it's been kept up by a mechanic that I know for a very long time and knows performance cars extremely well. He did all the changes on it as well. Everything in the car is working as it should, the AC however, has not been used for years and needs servicing. I prefer to drive with the windows down. and the sunroof back. The roof liner is in good shape and original, the sunroof pull cover liner is mostly gone, but that's easy to happen since it's only a decal, after all these years, (See pic). On the front seats, the driver's side, had the leather portion rip in a couple of places on the seating surface while the cloth portion is fine. Due to it, I had custom covers build sometime back that can be seen in the pictures. The rear seats are very good. The body is in great shape and it was repainted when it got hit in the back long time ago. No great damage sustained and of course fixed. There is minimal rust on this car, if any, that I can see and know off. It has been kept up as to the undercarriage clean and weather proofed. The rear wheel well lips where touched up as well a few years back but then again the car is almost 25 years old. The car has NEVER been abused or raced and it runs very strong with the transmission serviced and filled with synthetic trans fluid. This car handles great, as well. It has all the factory upgrades that came as changes from FORD as to the clutch asm etc. Brake lines and brakes are recent and all service is documented if interested. The car is not getting used much anymore and it does it no good just seating there. However I'm not in a hurry to get rid of it. I FOUND THAT THE INFO CAME FROM THE AUTO INSERTED VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REAL LIFE. MY CAR WAS NOWHERE NEAR THE FLOOD AREA. IN FACT MY AREA WAS NOT EVEN PART OF THE FLOOD ZONE. IT ALSO HAS SOMETHING ABOUT AN EMISSION CONCERN. AS LONG AS I OWN MY CAR IT NEVER FAILED ANY INSPECTION. IN FACT IT HAS A FULLY VALID INSPECTION STICKER NOW FROM THE STATE OF NY. BY THE WAY, ALL OF THE ABOVE WAS REPORTED AS A COMPLAINT WITH EBAY, WHO SAID THAT THEY CAN'T ADD ANYTHING TO THE LISTING THEMSELVES BUT I COULD AND THAT SHOULD ANYONE QUESTION IT WITH THEM, THEY WILL VOUCHE FOR ME THAT THE ABOVE IS ACCURATE.
