This is a 1979 Firebird Trans Am. Checkout the video..... http://youtu.be/4D7C_fyr2mA I bought this car approx 2 yrs ago and have been doing work on it ever since. The car was running very strong before i began the work. I have a picture of it posted before i began. I removed everything from the inside except for the dashboard, cut out the floor pans as they were rusted. Right now, you will see on the video, i have the new floor pans and package tray ready to go in but they are not welded in. front and rear windshield are out of the car. All items taken off the car have been labeled and bagged for reassembly. Front suspension has been completely redone with new shocks, polyurethane bushings, bearings in the wheels, and ball joints all around. The front frame and suspension has been POR 15'd which is a rust preventer that makes a very nice shiny black surface that is tough to scratches and abrasions. Have the wheels and tires to go with it. Fuel tank is dropped currently. I cleaned, degreased the bottom of the car and it is in very good shape. Rear end has been degreased, painted, and, new polyurethane bushings/body mounts as well. Have new bumper, shocks for rear, intake, carb, floor pans, and more. The one downfall to this car is that you have to transport it as is unless you wanted to spend the day putting the suspension back together. What needs done: welding needs to be completed for floorboards and package tray. After that's done, it should be put back together and made sure everything lines up correctly. Then taken off again for paint, then pieced back together and its done. Happy bidding, ask any questions before bidding please.
