Items WILL NOT BE RELEASED from the Salem PDC before 1pm or after 4pm (weekdays, excluding holidays) without prior written approval. • If the winning bidder is using a 3rd party Transporter to remove the vehicle, the removal time may be extended with written approval from Oregon State Surplus. The removal extension request must be approved prior to the 7 day removal requirement timeline.
