Welcome all bidders,Please read the entire ad before bidding on this car please.Please dont bid unless you have the funds to buy the car. I have for sale a 59 Chevrolet Impala 2 door hard top sport coupe, this a 283 V8, 3 SPEED manual car. the motor is currently stuck. I poured diesel fuel down the carb to see if we can brake it loose, so far it hasn't moved. I bought this car at an estate sale.I bought on a bill of sale, and I am selling it on a bill of sale. This car was black by the trim #. The body is in fair shape, it will need floor pan and trunk pans to make it nice again. the front clip looks good, has a cool custom tube grille from back in the day. the doors are very nice, the rocker panels were replaced, the inner rockers need work. the braces need some repair( look at pictures) the rear quarter panels have filler in them. just telling it like I see it.The interior is red and complete and will need to be reupholstered. all inside trim is there,including the original seats. other than the horn ring is MIA. Next is the under carriage. The frame has rust through behind the wheels on both rear rails. either replace it, or repair it, its your call ( look at pictures). The biggest plus of this car is all the exterior trim is there and in decent condition. if you had to find all this stainless trim it would cost $4000 or more on ebay. the left rear tail lamp is going to have to be replaced. Something that is really neat is the pinstriping in the door jambs( look at pictures) that we uncovered when we were cleaning up the car. this car was an old custom in its day. I wish I had a picture of it when it was first customized.these 59s are getting harder to find that are complete and have some original patina.This car is a great start to a custom or a ratrod .No title, but the vin plate is on the car. The car will be sold on a bill of sale only. Terms of auction are as follow: $1,000 down payment required within 48 hours from the end of the auction, which i would prefer to be paid in paypal. The balance can be paid in CASH, Cashiers check or Bank wire transfer to my account, within 7 days from the end of the auction. After the car is paid in full it can be stored on my property for up to 30 days from the end of auction at no charge. The shipping is at buyers expense, I have helped shipped many cars across country and can locate one if you are unable to by yourself. Also can help load the car at time of pick up.
