This is a pristine, garage kept, two owner 1986 Mercedes 560SL. It is Ivory over tan and in very nice shape. I am the second owner. This car was originally purchased in November 1985 by a 55 year old lady that lives in my neighborhood, and now after almost 26 years at the age of 81 she just sold it. She took very good care of this car and it has had all of its dealer services. It has low miles because she split living half of the year in south florida here and the other half of her year in Laguna, California. So for every year it spent 6 months idle and in the garage and under cover. I bought this car in September after looking for a very long time. I have several cars and I learned during my search that that these cars are found in all conditions. This is exactly what I wanted except I prefer black so I am selling it. As you can see from the pictures it is in great shape and a $17,000 benz all day long based on what is being sold in the market. Crappy ones are under $10,000 and really nice ones are at $30,000. This is squarely a $17,000+ dollar car. It also has a brand new chocolate brown convertible top that is 3 months old and never been used, it has a new power antenna, new tires and new mercedes mats and it runs like a top. It is garage kept, and detailed every 3 weeks. The paint shines and the engine runs perfectly (as it should) It does not leak any fluids at all. I put in a new Alpine stereo to have a cd, bluetooth, pandora, sirius one but the original becker radio is in a box and in the trunk. The miles are low and accurate and the air condition is ice cold. Like I said, I looked long and hard and found this nice one that only had one owner. After I bought it, i took care of anything I think it needed down to the car mats. I am setting the price thousands lower then I paid because I am a collector and I really want a 1989 black one, but before I get that one, I need to sell this one. So my loss is your gain.
