1967 Chevy Camaro - SS Tribute Started as a red, 6 cylinder vehicle in California. 83,000 miles on the car. Black exterior and black interior. The car was completely gone through about 12 years ago and the frame and body are solid with the exception of about a 6 inch fade (amatuer repair) in the paint where the quarter panel meets the rear window on the passenger side, and some bubbling under the paint along both gutter guards on the roof. Both are typical areas for blemishes. My plan was to have that repaired over the winter. Cost approx. $600. The frame is solid with no areas of rust, as is the rest of the body. The panels are smooth and straight. I would have the stripes cleaned up while at the body shop since one of the edges around the "Camaro" emblem in the front is not to my liking. The motor is a built 350, with a turbo 350 automatic transmission with a Hurst shifter. Both were completely rebuilt with about 10,000 miles on them. It has headers, H pipe, and a mild cam. The engine is estimated to have approximately 400 horsepower. It runs great with no smoke or hesitation. Brakes are all new, exhaust is new. Tires are brand new. New carpets, seat covers, original wooden steering wheel. Everything works except the aftermarket radio and the passenger rear window needs a little assistance when rolling up. I have thousands in recent receipts. This is NOT a perfect show car by any means, however, it has been an excellent weekend driver with the kids.
