1974 Honda CB

1974 Honda CB550.... Clear title with key... This bike has been stored inside a dry garage for the last 15 years... It is not running and is a good candidate for a winter project... It does not have a center stand and starter button... It does not have stock exhaust as you can see from the photos... Brakes will have to be gone through... Tear in the non-stock seat.. Needs new chain.. The kick start is fine and engine turns over nicely... Tires are like new condition with no miles on them.. The engine seems in very good shape visually from the outside... The chrome, wheels and rubber are in good shape due to the dry storage... very small dent on front fender... Blinkers and lights all complete.... It comes with a sissy bar, engine crash bars and highway pegs.... The bike is a nice base to start a restoration or custom... It is not a bike that you will fill the tank and clean the carbs and go... It will need a bit more work than that... I am near Chicago (Hammond, IN) and can deliver within a couple hours (maybe more) for a fee.... Also, I drive up to the UP of Michigan through Wisconsin frequently and also would be able to drop it on the way... same deal... email any questions and I will do my best to answer..
