Up for auction is a nice 1969 Honda Trail CT90. Original paint, 2,312 original miles! Bike is in good shape, only some minor surface rust in a few very small areas. Bike has great compression, gas tank is clean with very minor surface rust, easily cleaned and run as is, no need to coat unless you just want to. Original seat with no rips or tears. Bike rolls great, has the "LOW/HIGH" selectable gearing, original heel toe shifter, etc. Has original center stand that works great. Rare high ride trail scrambler pipe has all its original heat shields, and is in outstanding condition. Muffler is all orignal and has no holes, no rust, no missing pieces! Actually one of the nicest pipes I have seen on a 1960's Honda CT90 in many years. Plastic headlight nacelle has a crack on the top of it, would not affect operation of the bike once you get it running, or a new headlight nacelle can be bought on ebay very inexpensively. Has old 1960's blinkers with bulbs (aftermarket?) that are missing their lenses. Easy to remove if you want. Bike will need new rubber accordian fork gaitors as the originals are torn but still on the bike. Also easy and inexpensive to find. Chain links were frozen, which prevented the bike from rolling when we found it, so chain has been removed (gone). Will need a new chain (inexpensive as well) Since the bike needs a few inexpensive replacement parts, the price has been lowered. Pictures tell the story, bike needs a bit of TLC and should run great! Bike is off road trail bike as Honda originally intended it to be, and will be sold with Kansas antique bill of sale only. When listing the bike, there was no option for "bill of sale" instead of title, and bike is off road trail bike, so disregard the "clear" title that the auction shows...bike only has KS bill of sale! Bike has original keys too! Bike has not been started in many years per original owner, but has great compression, kicks over nice and tighly, so should fire up easily with new plug, carb cleaned, and tank flushed.
