This auction is for a 1964 Pontiac Ventura with 99k original miles!! This is a true Arizona survivor car! One of the best body styles Pontiac made in my mind. It is equipped with its original 389 4bbl 325 horse power engine and 3 speed hydromatic transmission. It really runs great and has a nice edelbrock carb, valve covers, and air cleaner. It has power windows, power antenna, remote mirror, power steering, power brakes, reverb, reel out trunk light, dual exhaust, and a/c. Everything works including the a/c!! All windows and lights turn signals speedo and all gauges. The exterior is nice and straight just as the photos show and the car has only had one repaint many many years ago in the original color. As you can see there is some sun fade in different spots on the exterior but gives it a cool patina look. No previous accidents. Original hub caps. All body panels are original that have not been replaced or skinned. All body gaps are excellent. This car is almost rust free other than the very center of the trunk pan which has a few small holes under the mat which is a very easy repair. All lower sheet metal is in awesome condition along with floor pans, rockers, lower fenders, and of course the frame. The interior is all original and in pretty good shape for its age. The front seat has tears on both sides on the lower cushion. The column shift was converted to a B&M floor shift and a aftermarket gauges were added as you can see which all work. Could easily be put back on the column as only the linkage and shift lever were removed. All glass is in good shape. Doors open and close as they should. You can see the original trunk jack instructions and original paint on the under side of the decklid. The car runs and drives awesome for its age as it only has 99k original miles. Has a ton of power and the dual exhaust sounds mean!!! Shifts great. I wouldnt be affraid to drive this car anywhere even across country. Overall this is a very neat unmolested and original Ventura.
