Vehicle Detail

Selling my 2005 Scion xB, manual transmission. I really love this car, I felt in love when I seen it, it has a nice color, tires and some customized interior add-ons, as well as some enhancements on the engine that you must see to appreciate. I'm moving to CA next year and I prefer to sell the car instead of dealing with mechanics, I just bought a new car and not try to fix this car myself. Here are the problems that I know. The Check Engine light is on and it's reading three problems, These is what I can understand from the note. "Mass or Vol Air Flow", "Intake Temp Sensor" and "Catalyst system ...". The car works, engine starts with no problem but the first 20-30sec the car stats it stutters, but after that It will drive quite normally, but when the car reaches higher RPM's (3000) it will stutter again, so at the moment it will go to top speed of 60 miles and hour. I had this problem before, I think it just needs the "intake sensor" (?) to be cleaned or replaced, so it seems to be a sensor problem, and not actually an engine problem. But this is my guess, I'm far from being a mechanic. There are some cosmetic scratches and dents on the bumpers and in the passenger side doors. The damage was done by other people at parking lots when my car was parked (see photos). The front bumper just needs to be tighten up, when I look on the side I can see the screws loose, so a handy person can probably fix it in a few minutes. The read passenger tire also looses a little air over time. The tires are fairly new, I always change the oil on schedule and the there are some scratches and an indent on one side. If you understand cars and want to do some mechanical TLC, this is a real bargain. Look at the photos to understand. I'll show the car to serious potential buyers, so please come with the mindset that the car will not be operating smoothly. It has a clean title. Car will be sold AS-IS to local buyers. On Nov-21-12 at 21:17:28 PST, seller added the following information: I can provide more photos upon request. The car is currently parked at a local dealership near my place, I encourage potential buyers to come check the car before bidding, I haven't had a professional mechanic to give me their diagnostic, the list of reading errors were provided when I purchased my new car and had my Scion xB inspected for trade-in, but I didn't like the dealership offer, so please feel free to bring your own mechanic if you'd like a professional inspecting it before bidding and if you have any questions about the car that I can't answer. The car is being sold AS-IS, so please bid accordingly. On Nov-24-12 at 17:00:02 PST, seller added the following information: Continuation on the Question about the Car. Secondly, no knocking when it stops shuttering? Thanx Oh sorry, forgot to answer the second part of the message. The car shakes when it reaches the higher RPM on the engine, like there's no fuel going in the engine, but when you release the gas pedal it stops, not sure how to explain this properly. When the car is idle in a stop light for example, it also sounds like it's going to shut down, the car shakes, but if you keep the gas pedal pressed a little the running engine makes the car feel more like normal. That's why I think it's something to do with the fuel intake sensor. Are you local, would you like to come and see it?
