I took this Mercedes in on trade earlier this year & I was planning on restoring it but I couldn't find the time so I have decided to sell it here on ebaymotors. I get calls after every ebay auction from someone who is all upset & disappointed because they tried to wait for the last second to bid & there computer locked up or they could not get to the computer in time to place a final bid & they got out bid by a few dollars. Thank you, Carlos Harper This Mercedes starts up & drives ok however it has lots of play in the steering wheel. The transmission shifts through the gears ok when driving however it does have a hard shift when you shift it into gear from park. The A/C does not work, the odometer does not work (don't know actual miles) & passenger side window does not work. The soft top needs to be replaced & does not latch down in the rear (picture included) however the hard top is in good condition. The interior is in fair condition for its age & the exterior looks good from a distance but up close you can see the imperfections in the paint (needs a good paint job). Overall this will make a great vehicle for someone who has the time to put into restoring a true classic luxury convertible.
