Straight up - the car needs work. Having owned her for 4 years, and being delighted that she brought me cross-country from Chicago to Los Angeles, I am deeply saddened to see her go. But hubris will get the best of me if I continue responding to her every beckon call. For those that know the history of the 944, it is a front-engine, 4-cylinder, 2-door coupe that is sometimes frowned upon by die hard Porsche fans. Make no mistake, this is not a super car - it's a tiny, comfortable, well-handling German sports car that second gear chirps and has a massive sunroof. For those interested, it can be a fantastic project car, possible salvage car, possible derby racer, or possible passion project for that enthusiast that wants an amazing foundation with a lot of heart.
