Up for auction is a classic 1991 Toyota 4x4 pickup. This is a rust free, AZ truck. Hard to find combination of four wheel drive, extended cab, automatic transmission and V6 engine. I drove it approximately 300 miles within the last two days with no issues. It drives straight down the road. Recent receipt ($700) for belts, hoses, power steering pump, and front brake job. Oil changes are up to date. No engine lights on. Four wheel drive works great, I put in 4x4 yesterday to be certain. The hubs on this truck are automatic. The transmission shifts smoothly and overdrive works just fine. This truck is mechanically sound (See condition review below to determine "needs"). As with any used vehicle it may need various maintenance items, but in current good running and driving condition. ______________________________________________________________ *Condition review is as follows: ______________________________________________________________ The body and interior are great for the age. No paint issues as seen in the pictures. Interior is good except for the usual tear along the driver's seat upholstery and crack in the dash (see photos). The windshield has a crack down low and a few stars up higher. The Air Conditioner IS NOT WORKING on this truck. I was told when I bought the truck that the compressor would need to be replaced. Again, no A/C in this pickup at the moment. The only other thing that I am aware of is that the washer fluid motor doesn't seem to be working when you try to clean the windshield. Since the other work was already being done, they did the timing belt, spark plugs, along with other maintenance work at a total of over $2,500. The truck had 131,000 miles at the time, so the timing belt is up to date. This information can be verified by calling the dealership and giving them the Vehicle Identification Number. Thanks!~
