Vehicle Detail

Hello, I am listing a 1970 International Scout 800A with the 304 V8 engine and 727 auto trans. I purchased the scout Bozeman MT about 2 years ago as-is with the intentions to resto mod. The previous owner ran a custom metal shop and put some time into the chassis. He purchased Mr. Scout lift springs and did a spring over conversion with wider axles from a Scout 2. The front axle is a dana 30 with power stearing that has cut and turned ends and the back is a dana 44 from the same Scout 2 I belive it has a power lok but needs the spring perches cut and turned. The scout has some heafty front and rear custom built bumpers but only the front is on the Scout. The Scout comes with a D&C custom roll cage, a B&M mega shifter and two new rocker weld in pannels aswell as a pile of extra parts to finnish the scout and have extras as the previous owner parted out another scout and sent me lots of ods and ends. Both of the doors, fenders and nose are there and included as well as the really RARE BACK SEAT. I have all of the glass and lenses except for the windshield. The scout runs and sounds fine but has no brakes, the fuel tanks were shot and have been removed and junked and the drivelines are not installed, so i have never drove the scout and am selling it as a non road worthey vehicle at this time. As you can tell by the pictures the scout body is in the fixing stage and has some rust holes and other spots that have been cut out with a thin wheel and are ready for patch pannels to be made and welded in and some spots that have not yet been addressed i.e. both floor pans and the drivers side rocker. With some time and elbow grease this scout could be a trail drivers or rock crawlers dream, I will sum it up with this is a basket case project that maybe missing some nuts and bolts but still has a ton of potential I just have no time or space.I have the Montana title, which is clear. Winner will be responsible for pickup and loading in Baker, Montana within a reasonable time frame from end of auction. Sold AS-IS WHERE IS. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
