This is my 1972 Volvo P1800 that has been in the same garage for 18 years and absolutely pampered! Its a very solid rust free car that never really experienced the common rust issues associated with these cars.. The undercarriage and throughout the car is virtually rust free and dry and always has been...still original metal in floor pans. It was originally white..Yellow was a much better choice especially when mated with the custom rims and Tan leather interior that it now has. The paint job is around 8 years old so it has some spots that could use some touchup but they aren't very visible without being up rather close..The chrome is in excellent condition, glass , rubber , moldings etc...all in excellent condition. Its a breathtakingly sharp car. All the gauges work, it has a kenwood stereo that could use a slightly better antena however! The door panels look as if they were made yesterday. The glass has been slightly tinted to set the car off and protect the interior. The drivetrain is impeccable. The motor was rebuilt 8 years ago, with receipts documenting what has been done with it , custom valve cover on the motor, original is in one of 4 boxes of extra parts with the car! Many manuals and books on it as well included. The transmission has been rebuilt as well with all new syncros etc. Its an overdrive car and it works perfectly as well. The drive ability of this car is such that it would easily make it coast to coast sporting a smile all the way! Its got four wheel discs with new rotors, the original type rims are included with the car. Everything works, its one of the few that this can be said for. It has also received a brand new fuel tank. I have a record of everything done to the car dating back 18 years. Fantastic looking car that drives every bit as great as it looks. Its also a car that needs nothing. Its an incredible driving machine that starts with the turn of the key regardless how long it has sat. If you are after a head turning traffic stopping car...this is definitely one to do it. It draws a crowd anywhere its parked. I have a very realistic reserve on it, based upon what I have seen sell, I don't need to sell it so please avoid ridiculous offers, If your rating is 5 or below DO NOT PLACE A BID without contacting me FIRST.. or I will have your bids blocked and removed.
