I am selling my 996 twin turbo. I am the 3rd owner of this car. Completely serviced. NO RESERVE! 120k miles. Looks runs, and drives like 20k miles. 6spd manual 2 keys, all books, clear Texas title. Just passed emissions last month. All original paint (NO PAINTWORK/BODYWORK EVER DONE!) This car has been tuned by UMW at a cost of ~$1500, giving nearly 500 hp/ 500 tq and making the power curve much smoother. This is a supercar that your wife can drive to the store to get groceries! I just did a 4,000 mile road trip in the car to the East Coast (my airplane was down for maintenance). I averaged 24 MPG on the highway. Get in it and go anywhere! This is the most reliable car I have ever owned. The fact of these cars is that you MUST DRIVE THEM REGULARLY!! Do not buy a low mileage garage queen .... you WILL have problems. These cars were meant to be driven regularly, and if you do that, they are extremely reliable. black on black well optioned from the factory including full leather, supple leather, Porsche crests in the headrests, ipod connection, aluminum gauges, turbo script door sills, etc. The window sticker was $125,000 back in 2001. It will be sold as is, where is without warranty. 713-219-9292 On Nov-11-12 at 23:08:51 PST, seller added the following information:On Friday 11/10, a prospective bidder had the car fully inspected by Porsche. They recommended that the coolant reservoir be replaced because it was original and apparently they become brittle and can start to leak. I went ahead and had them do this as I always comply with recommended maintenance (at a cost of $1,000). The car received a clean bill of health and is ready to go anywhere.
