Here is a beautiful 2-Owner 2005 X5 3.0 that I am forced to sell! We have owned this vehicle since June 2, 2007 at 11,620 miles. I am moving to San Diego in less than 2 weeks and going to offer my wife's X5 for sale. There is only (1) parking space so here is your chance at a well cared for X5 that I would not sell under normal circumstances. This is without a doubt the best car I have owned and I wish I could keep it. Clear title is in hand. In July of 2012 my wife passed away this was her car. She only worked for 3 years of the time we have had it, so it spent a lot of garage time and looks like it. There are a few chips in the front, a 2" light scratch by the rear passenger door (I believe this will buff out but will not show up on a picture) and the interior door handle has chips from my wife's wedding ring (see picture). Relative to the age this vehicle is in as good a shape as possible for the miles. I have all the service records and if anything this vehicle has been over serviced. I have owned 15+ BMW's and have worked with BMW at different capacities over 14 years so I know what is required of the maintenance schedule. All the costly things have recently been done. Recent (within 1-year) Front suspension bushings, steering angle sensor, front brakes, battery, alternator, AC service. Rear brakes are over 50% and tires are 75%+. I cannot think of a single item that needs to be serviced. Next service is in 7,000 miles or February 12, 2013. Since owning this car we have always charted the fuel mileage. We change Consumption 1 every time we get gas, Consumption 2 was never changed until we got our new battery and it average 18.0 MPG for 4 1/2 years. My wife drove 1/2 city 1/2 freeway and this was the vehicle we used for trips. Normal economy was 17 mpg on a tank of gas, for trips we averaged 22-23.2 mpg regularly. The 3.0 liter in line 6 is a great motor and have never had a problem.
