1970 cb 175 restored, the motorcycle has been completely disassembled, refurbished, recoated, cleaned and replaced to full function. The frame, swingarm, motor mounts, misc hardware, have been powdercoated. The head pipes, brake hardware, pedals, shifter, kick starter, shock springs, axles, and hangers have been ceramic "jet" Coated". The motor was completely disassembled, cases split and cleaned, new rings, wristpins, c clips, valves and valve seals, the jug was honed and within spec (Kenske racing). New gaskets, oil seals, clutch, complete detail, including paint, polish, stainless bolts. Carbs cleaned, new points,condenser, plugs, plug boots, wire harness inspected cleaned and re wrapped. The bike was painted at local GM dealer with water based PPG, including the fenders color matched. The gas tank has been cleaned and lined and the oil was changed after break in. Then the fuel was drained from tank and carbs, the head and cylinders fogged and stored. I am selling as I have too many small bikes and need to make room for more projects. The wheels are original had have a few small pits but the bearings, tubes, and rim tape have been replaced. Front tire is new rear is original and in great shape. The side covers have been repaired and is visible if you remove them but when installed look great. I have a new battery on trickle, not installed and the bike has new chain and sprockets.
