1980 Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup Truck - CADDY -  1.5l diesel - 5 speed - 95k 95,000 miles 5 speed manual transmission Inca Brown with Tan interior Solid back window 13" rims - the tires are old and dry rotted - passenger front tire goes flat Dash is cracked up pretty good - but its complete Truck has AC - doesnt work but everything is still there Driver seat has a few tears in lower bolster - the carpet is pretty dirty - missing passenger window crank - driver window crank is missing trim Driver side rear tail light is cracked - Tailgate is dent in upper part by handle Rear driver quarter / above rear driver tire - has serious rust / rot - Very small hole of rust on front side of the driver side strut tower - backside of the strut towers are clean and rust free Hood has lots of dents - hard to get them to photograph Windshield has two or three chips Top of truck cab paint is peeled and hardened or something Rockers are in great shape - no rust Front bumper has attachments for being pulled behind an RV or Truck or something hood latch - broken - i think i have a spare one to toss on - truck had bailing wire holding hood down This is a WESTY front end with small square headlights but no corner blinker / marker lights Engine - freshly rebuilt injector pump - new timing  belt - oil change -  checked all injectors and glow plugs and they are in great condition. Also cleaned out fuel tank and repaired a small vacuum leak on tank - fresh diesel fuel added It starts and runs - the battery in it is backwards - as positive and negative posts are opposite side than it should be - i used a jump box to start it - after 20 seconds its starts right up The coolant keeps " burbing " i havent driven the truck any distance since saving it from the barn - not sure if it just has air in the coolant lines or if there is another problem with it , like a head gasket ? i have video of it running and sitting at idle - im not sure if i can add video to this listing - if you want to see video - email me and i will send you a link to it Located in Lincoln Nebraska - 68506 -  I would recommend having it towed - as i said the tires are very dry rotted and old - i would not hop in and drive it very far until coolant issue is also resolved Onto the big pics here i am going to attempt to embed the video - click on the link and it might take you to my video of truck running - not sure if ebay will allow it or not to be clicked on 402-953-2671 - NO TEXT MESSAGES - please dont waste my time as i dont plan to waste your  - bid only if you plan on coming to pick it up -  dont ask me for a shipping quote - i dont own a shipping company - research it before bidding please !!! sold as is - where is
