1968 convertible beetle restoration project. The 68 convertible you are bidding on has been parked for several years inside dry shop. It does run and will drive with external gas can. Body as far as we can tell has never been in any major wreck and is pretty solid and complete. front and rear are straight. It has typical rust in floor pan\will need repaired but drivable. The heater channels and all wheel wells look solid as far as we can tell. The carpet and rubber floor mat was pulled years ago to keep and surface rust from spreading. Complete interior with all seats, complete dash and all wiring is stock. convertible top needs restored. we have rear glass Motor runs good and will need gas tank flushed. and brake work too, 1600 cc motor and manual tranny drove when we purchased Years ago on external gas can. I will Make sure bug is ready for shipping and beetle can run and at least E brake and steer good enough for transport.
