AUTOMATIC transmission shifts nice-no delays etc....The engine runs excellent. The car drives very nice. Suspension and steering feel great. The body is excellent for the age. The pictures will show that too! SOUTHERN CAR- WAS IN VA UNTIL A FEW MONTHS AGO. Interior is excellent- just cleaned up. Everything works.A/C, heat, power windows, locks, sunroof, stereo. This car has all service history from the Mercedes dealer!All service stamps until 150k! We replaced the fuel filters, rear wheel bearing, new flex disks rear and front, new motor mounts, just changed the oil recently. We had bought for a customer who ended up buying a newer 300D from us. The car came from Harrisonburg, VA then (i think) Vienna, VA before that. Many service stamps are from the Vienna, VA Mercedes dealer. Rustwise the car is EXCELLENT-PLEASE NOTE VIRGINIA SOIL IS THE COLOR OF RUST- A LIGHT BROWN SO UNDERNEATH IT STILL HAS A LOT OF VA DIRT. PICTURES WILL SHOW YOU WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT :) these get fantastic MPG - easily 31-34 MPG highway. The only things wrong with this car are: 1. Some clearcoat missing on trunk. Paint a little faded on roof. 2. RR window regulator needs replaced. 3. Driveshaft bearing makes some noise at lower speeds. We can have it repaired before you get the car. 4. Needs shifter bushings- we have the 2, very easy to do at the next oil change. 5. Radio speakers in front sometimes work- rear seems to be OK. Power antenna stuck where you see it. Motor seems to work. Besides that, driving this car 100+ miles that is all we could notice wrong with the car. Our mechanic drove it and said it drives well. It was inspected in VA in february, 2012 I took many pictures - so you know what you are bidding on! The car drives excellent! Very comfortable ride! Seats and interior feel good. Interior is immaculate for a 21 year old car. What you need to know: These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new.
