If the payment method is check or money order, the payment must be cleared before the release of a title to the new owner. All taxes, fees, and penalties due to the DMV or Car Insurance, are the responsibility of the buyer. There will be $495 documentary fee and vehicle prep fee. This partially covers the ebay fees, title preparation fees, storage fees, photographer fees and picking up fees. Deposit for the vehicle is non-refundable.
