This was my wife's personal daily driver until 9/2011, and is only used on weekends at the present time. We have owned 4 VWs, including air cooled, and consider ourselves enthusiasts. We are selling this vehicle to make room for our 5th VW, a 2013 New Beetle Original owner. Always adult driven. Non pet or smoking interior. The vehicle report speaks for itself. So does our feedback. This vehicle has never been raced, drifted, chipped, tuned, cold-air snorkeled, or whatever they do to "tuners" these days. She is pure, 100% VW. The service manager at the dealer said the power train and transmission on this vehicle requires no service, period. Rust free. Oil change due at 113,000. This vehicle was photographed after a simple hand wash. No interior or exterior detailing was done to improve the appearance for these pictures. Clear title in hand. Wanna drive it? Drivers seat and middle console arm rest show signs of normal wear for age. The console latch requires repair, although the lid is still quite operational. Original matching color floor mats need cleaning. We are using a WeatherTech type now and they are included. Small chip on front bumper. Rub spot on passenger grab bar. Needs an air-conditioning service or R&R. Needs a muffler (not exhaust system just a muffler/hanger/clamp). Original floor upholstery shows signs of normal wear only. No holes, no tears, burns, stains or otherwise. Paint in better than average condition for age. Occasional road grit marks, and a few road tar specks. Nothing major that couldn't be detailed outAll lights, electronic systems, doors, latches, windows, belts, vents, knobs, and dials are 100% complete and functional. There was a fender bender that does not show up on the report...we bumped a truck in front of us when some idiot stopped for a green while making a right hand turn at under 10 mph. Bumper, and headlight light lens replaced with OEM VW parts. Fender or hood not involved. No electrical, motor, or frame issue involved. Very Minor. Honesty is always best.
