SELLING at NO RESERVE so the last bid will own the car.. This VW has been owned by the same family for the past 8 years and served them well.. Wonderful running 2.0 liter 4 cylinder gas engine. There is a black piece of tape covering the check engine light for the past three years.. It has no effect and I never looked to find out what was causing it. Smooth shifting 5 speed manual transmission with a nice feeling clutch.. The brakes and shocks also feel nice to me.. The tan cloth interior is still in nice shape..The drivers seat has seen better days as shown. As you can see in the pictures the TAN CONVERTIBLE TOP is almost new.. It is manual and is so easy to put up and down it makes me wonder why anybody would ever want a power top.. Nice tires all around on the factory wheels.. Good spare and tools included.. Books and two keys.. This car has a great theft proof device.. When you turn the key to the on position, you must press the button on the lower dash to engage the starter.. Just traded in on a newer VW Tiguan is this 1997 VW Cabrio.. SELLING at NO RESERVE so the last bid will own the car..

This VW has been owned by the same family for the past 8 years and served them well.. Wonderful running 2.0 liter 4 cylinder gas engine. There is a black piece of tape covering the check engine light for the past three years.. It has no effect and I never looked to find out what was causing it. Smooth shifting 5 speed manual transmission with a nice feeling clutch.. The brakes and shocks also feel nice to me..

The tan cloth interior is still in nice shape..The drivers seat has seen better days as shown.

As you can see in the pictures the TAN CONVERTIBLE TOP is almost new.. It is manual and is so easy to put up and down it makes me wonder why anybody would ever want a power top..

Nice tires all around on the factory wheels.. Good spare and tools included.. Books and two keys.. This car has a great theft proof device.. When you turn the key to the on position, you must press the button on the lower dash to engage the starter..

This car is selling at NO RESERVE so the very last bid will OWN the car.. I am happy to pickup the winner at the airport in Boston or the train for Free..
